BRANDING | SOCIAL MEDIA

Kompetenz Netzwerk is an Upper Austrian business association that consists of several teams. They help entrepreneurs to gain a larger business network for cooperations and receive word-of-mouth recommendations through network marketing. They meet twice a month within their regional teams to get to know each other better, build trust and learn about their team members services.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

THEIR PLAN

The chairman and representatives were looking for an updated brand design for their association. They wanted to attract younger business owners, which was difficult, as the appearance hadn't changed since the founding in 2013.

THE PROBLEM

The assets weren't up to todays standard. Neither on the backend, nore in visuals. They approached me, because I am one of their teams members, so I was thrilled to modernise and re-brand their appearance.

MY SOLUTION

I integrated their logo design and signature colours into the new design and made sure the new materials would speak to a younger audience. Together we designed many collateral materials and started their social media channels from scratch to attract new members. We continuously create new marketing assets to reach new audiences. As many team members turn friends, I wanted to highlight their personal marketing approach by only using photos of actual members and guests. This ensures interested parties will recognise people at their meetings from their social media posts or newspaper articles. We've also started the digitalisation process and implemented a database for better data overview and shareability between the different teams. All team managers are volunteers, that's why I aimed to lessen their workload by setting up automated workflows for guest communication or sending out emails.
